Engineer's Studio Analysis Support Service

As you know that we provide the analysis support service by UC-win/FRAME(3D), once we release the Engineer's Studio, we start providing an analysis support service by Engineer's Studio as well.

A process of this support service is the same as UC-win/FRAME(3D)'s support service.

We will introduce a case study by Engineer's Studio. For convenience of page space,
we will skip a further detail.


1. Analysis using flat plate element
Using flat plate element, it is available to analyse a construction having walls as member of a structure. And we use"reinforced concrete nonlinear constitutive law (Smeared crack model)" which was developed by concrete lab at Tokyo University and well known in the world as flat plate element. Our flat plate element can extend reinforced concrete of UC-win/WCOMD to thickness direction and analyse not only internal deformation but also external deformation of nonlinear behaviour as well.

Figure 2 shows a result of displacement loading horizontal direction for a under ground wall construction. It is modelled by elasticity flat plate element. It visualizes an internal aspect without displaying a front wall.
Figure 3 shows a result of displacement loading horizontal force in an oblique direction. Top surface is transmitted. It is available to see a model either from top or side in Engineer's Studio.

Figure 4 shows a result using Smeared crack model developed by concrete lab at Tokyo University. We could display conditions of displacement and crack step by step.

2. Analysis using fibre element

An analysis using fibre element as a nonlinear analysis of beam element is available as well as . It is capable to analyse for constructions which axial force changing or two axial spring is happened such as nonlinear of steel bridge and so on.
For convenience of page space, we only introduce case example, however by comparison of UC-win/FRAME(3D), Engineer's Studio can be widely applied. When you use Engineer's Studio, please concern to use Analysis Support System.
